Mohammad Hayatifar

Technical Project Manager at EuPC

Mohammad holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Italy. He works as Technical Projects Manager at EuPC and coordinates activities related to sustainability and circularity of plastics, in particular chemical recycling of polymer waste in Europe.
He worked several years in industry and academia where he has had the chance to accumulate wide-range of experience in polymer science and technology focusing mainly on plastics production and recycling of plastic waste. He has published more than 30 papers in peer reviewed international journals.
Guy Buyle
Manager EU Research of Centexbel
Manager EU Research of Centexbel

Guy obtained his engineering degree (option Physics) in 1999 at the University of Ghent (Belgium). At the same university he obtained his PhD degree in 2005 on the topic of plasma aided thin film deposition.
After his PhD he joined Centexbel, the Belgian research centre for the textile industry. Within Centexbel, he started working as project manager, being mainly involved in European research projects on topics like plasma surface treatment, smart textiles or textiles for seaweed cultivation.
Currently, Guy is Manager EU Research of Centexbel and has been and is coordinating several research and innovation projects in FP6, FP7 and Horizon 2020. As such he is being strongly involved in activities like cross-sector innovation, grant preparation, project coordination and exploitation.

Femke is a Sustainability Project Manager within the innovation team at Beaulieu International Group. She is a Bioscience Engineer, active at B.I.G. since 2014 and has been running numerous sustainability driven projects, leading to several successful project launches over the last few years.
