ePRODIS is a web platform that defines a standardised system of information for textile, vinyl, laminate, and Multilayer Modular Floor (MMF) coverings, enabling users to access comprehensive product life cycle data from production to recycling. The system improves the integration of flooring manufacturing datasets and tracks the transformation of recycled materials into secondary raw materials, fostering stakeholder interaction, and enhancing product circularity and sustainability.

Through the ePRODIS system, the registered user can access and manage data for textile, vinyl, MMF and laminate flooring products, according to the category he is involved in. Users can be registered under different roles, including Producer, Recycler, Customer, Distributor, Professional Procurer, Prescriber, Installer, Maintainer, Dismantler, and Facility Manager. Depending on the role, each user can access specific products details such as cleaning, installation, composition, and maintenance.

The producer will be the only user role with the ability to add new products to the platform for their own category and company. Textile products, on the other hand, will be imported from another system called PRODIS.
