Last February, after a discussion with the CISUFLO consortium, ENCO as exploitation leader, applied for the Horizon Result Booster (HRB) service to be delivered in the second quarter of the year 2023.
HRB is an initiative of DG RTD, free-of-charge and fully supported by the EC, which aims to maximise the impact of research funded by FP7, H2020 and Horizon Europe. HRB assigns an exploitation expert to the applicants by providing them with tools and methodologies that will help to increase the project’s impact.
HRB offers three services:
- Service 1: Portfolio Dissemination & Exploitation Strategy (PDES)
- Service 2: Business Plan Development (BDP)
- Service 3: Go To Market
We applied for the first service PDES – Module C with the aim of assisting the CISUFLO project in improving its existing exploitation strategy. This service focuses on 3 Key Exploitable Results (KERs) at maximum. We selected the following two KERs:
- KER 1 – ePRODIS platform
- KER 2 – Laminate recycling line
On June 21st during the Exploitation Strategy Seminar (ESS), held remotely with the consortium partners, we discussed with the expert appointed: (i) the main features of KER 2, (ii) the risk factors related to this KER, (iii) the actions to be performed after the end of the project, and (iv) how KER 2 will be further exploited.
The discussion of KER 1 will be scheduled for 23rd June. Updates on this second meeting will follow.
